Payment
As an Endodontic Practice,
we usually see a patient for treatment only a few times. We don't typically
have the kind of long term, ongoing relationship that general practice dentists
have with their patients. Therefore, we respectfully request that payment
be made at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept payment in
cash, check, debit card, and bankcard (Visa, MasterCard or Discover). Arrangements
may also be made through a commercial finance company. Wells Fargo offers
a 6 month interest – free payment plan. Applications can be taken by
telephone prior to your visit, or on the day of your appointment.

Dental Benefits
Dental benefits are intended to cover some, but not all of the cost of your dental care. Most insurance plans include co-insurance, deductibles and certain other expenses, which must be paid by the patient at the time of service. Reimbursement amounts are not, and never have been, a guideline for quality dental care. In some cases, we request that full payment be made at the time of service. As a courtesy, we are happy to submit your insurance claim for your reimbursement.
