An endodontist is an emergency care specialist for the dental profession, and an endodontic practice may be equated to an emergency room in a hospital. Often patients come to our office in acute pain directly from the office of their family dentist. We always have a "send right over policy" for those who are suffering. We arrange our schedule to accommodate emergency patients, as well as our regularly scheduled patients. We give each patient the utmost consideration in accommodating his or her schedule while providing careful individual attention. We are sensitive to the discomfort our emergency patients may be experiencing, and we continually adjust our schedule to relieve acute suffering first.
We make
every effort to see patients at their scheduled time, but sometimes emergencies
may necessitate a waiting period. Please be understanding. We will give you
the same considerate service, as soon as possible.
